1、This machine is used by High light mold, it is different from other molds. it must be designed and made by the mold factory which has enough experience and ability.
2、The internal surface of the mold must have very high cleanliness in order to make sure the quality of injection products.
3、The waterways of the inner mold must be reasonable and  the thermal barrier is effective so that it can be heated and cold rapidly.
4、The heat effectives of inner mold waterways should be good, the aperture must be enough large.
5、Select the better mold and steel, because we need heating up and cooling down during the production
6、Please pay attention to the mold maintenance, it should be use in the dry and dust-free surroundings , and the pipeline is not blocked.
